Rebecca Nalley, MA

Associate Professional Counselor

Growing up as a preacher’s kid sparked my passion for helping others, leading me to a career in the mental health field. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University following the completion of my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Georgia State University.

My focus is on children ages 3-12 who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges. I incorporate Play Therapy to allow children to express their feelings in a way that is familiar to them. Other areas of experience include assisting people of all ages with anxiety, depression, grief, and life adjustment through a client-centered approach by providing a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment.

Outside of being a mental health counselor, I am a mother of two children and a grandmother of an adorable baby boy. I love spending time in nature and my favorite place to visit is the beach. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and bowling.
