I am an integrative psychotherapist with a deep commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships. I use multiple modalities, therapeutic techniques, and theoretical models to meet the needs of each client. This multifaceted approach honors the uniqueness of each individual, their complexities, and capacity for growth.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a doctorate in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. My expertise was built from 14 years of experience in multiple clinical and higher education settings, and I work with clients going through life transitions across the lifespan, trauma and trauma responses, loss and grief, medical and psychiatric conditions, relationship challenges, and inner conflicts with the self.

In sessions with me, you can expect a radical encounter with empathy, connection, authenticity, transparency, and mattering, as you excavate life’s messiness together.
