Erin Park, LPC
We all go through painful experiences that shape our beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world. These potentially unwanted beliefs are strengthened when we are not given the understanding and support we deserve. I have a passion for sitting with clients in their darkest moments and providing the acceptance and validation they need.
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Augusta University and completed my clinical internships at Child Enrichment and the Augusta Pain Center. These internships equipped me to help clients with a wide range of experiences, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. Further, my certification in Grief Counseling allows me to support clients in navigating their losses and finding new meaning in their lives. My primary approaches include person-centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Beyond my work, I enjoy spending time with my miniature poodle, Louie, listening to music, trying new foods, and traveling.
